Observation

=> advantage of observation of behavior: record behavior as it actually occurs

three exceptions in which observation of behavior is not possible
- not observable behavior: asking questions!
Eg.: Sexual behavior, voting behavior, conflicts, ... - behavior past or future conduct: asking questions!
